Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Daigle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Lindel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Daigle might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem - Above The Law . Lindel has chosen Clawfinger - Biggest & The Best as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Daigle throws a wild body kick that Lindel sees coming a mile off.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lindel is defended easily by Daigle.

Lindel fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daigle manages to avoid it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Daigle enables Lindel to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Daigle manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Daigle has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lindel is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Daigle.
