The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Gallagher shoots in looking for a takedown but Campbell manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gallagher's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Gallagher is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Campbell's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Campbell's back!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gallagher has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Campbell has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Campbell drops Gallagher with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gallagher looks back up at him and smiles so Campbell waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Campbell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gallagher stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
