Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Patrick Kenzie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ban-Ki Kim!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim throws a sloppy head kick and Kenzie moves out of range easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kim looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kenzie avoids the head kick by Kim.
Kim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kenzie.
Kim throws a nice outside leg kick.
Kim misses with a head kick.
Kenzie fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kim will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kenzie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kim paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kenzie is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Kenzie's corner calls for a 1-2. Kenzie obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

That was a close round but I would say that Patrick Kenzie will probably get the nod.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Kim in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

I would just about give that final round to Ban-Ki Kim.
I think Kim has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
