The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jiglov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Herman to the ground. Jiglov is now in Herman's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Jiglov throws a strike but Herman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Jiglov is trying to control the position but Herman postures up.

Jiglov lands with a right hand.

Herman scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Jiglov will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jiglov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Herman circles away.
Jiglov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Herman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Herman wants it to stay on the feet.

Herman stuffs the takedown attempt from Jiglov. Jiglov gets slowly back to his feet.

Jiglov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Herman to score with a decent uppercut.
Herman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jiglov moves away.
Herman moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

It looks like Gleb Jiglov has been cut.
Jiglov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Jiglov blocks a jab.
Oh Jiglov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Herman throws out a loose jab but Jiglov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Herman throws an overhand right that drops Jiglov like a sack of potatoes! Herman dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
