Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harrison Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Am Perfection by Cage 9. Duke is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Keep it going louder!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ricky Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harrison Duke!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duke will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lee tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Duke was well out of range. Poor timing from Lee.
Duke jabs Lee right on the nose. Lee blinks but takes it well.
Lee takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Duke jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lee drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lee just misses with a punch to the body.

Duke clinches up against the cage.
Duke is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Lee is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Lee is trying to drag Duke to the mat but Duke just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricky Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Duke lands a nice elbow.

Lee is trying to trip Duke. He has hold of a leg but Duke is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lee persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Duke wants to stand up but Lee is controlling him.
Lee connects with a couple of short punches.

Duke is looking for a triangle but Lee pushes his legs off easily.
Lee with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Duke has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lee doesn't defend quickly enough and Duke has managed to lock this one up! Can Lee escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Duke on a fantastic submission victory.

A determined Harrison Duke didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
