The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jellyroll misses with an uppercut
and Solo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Solo misses with a body shot.
Jellyroll uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Solo.
Solo throws out a loose jab but Jellyroll uses good head movement to avoid it.
Solo throws a hook to the side of Jellyroll's head but Jellyroll sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Jellyroll shoots in and gets a takedown into Solo's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jellyroll trying to control but Solo is working from the bottom.
Jellyroll is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Solo is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Jellyroll prevents Solo from getting back to his feet.
Jellyroll lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Jellyroll content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jellyroll stands up over Solo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Solo wants to stand and escape but Jellyroll is having none of it.

Solo is looking to escape.
Jellyroll is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Solo!

It looks like Livian Solo has been cut.
