The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chelsea shoots for a takedown but Holyshield saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Chelsea gets caught flat footed, as Holyshield shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Holyshield seems to be working for a kimura but Chelsea defends the submission attempt.

Holyshield has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Holyshield is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Chelsea is trying to escape and Holyshield transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Chelsea is forced to tap! Nice work there by Holyshield! Very nice indeed!
