Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Athan Stamatis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Zaromskis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stamatis's entrance music is Lose Yourself. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Zaromskis's choice of entrance music: Moment of Peace. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaromskis misses with a low kick.
Stamatis fakes the leg kick and cracks Zaromskis in the body.
Stamatis throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Zaromskis lands with a right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Stamatis. Zaromskis does a little dance to reset his feet.
Stamatis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zaromskis moves away.
A slow jab from Zaromskis misses its intended target.

Zaromskis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Stamatis.

Nice uppercut lands for Zaromskis. That snapped Stamatis's head back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
