The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gamer moves away.
Gamer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ang circles away quickly and effectively.
Gamer throws a front kick aimed at Ang's knee but Ang avoids it well.
Gamer takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like Edward Gamer has been cut.
Ang throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ang blocks a head kick by Gamer.
Edward Gamer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gamer avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A good leg kick by Gamer.
Gamer takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Ang checks a leg kick.

and Ang counters with a shoot takedown. Gamer fights it but they end up in guard.
Ang stands and throws Gamer's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The ground and pound from Ang seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Gamer tries to bench press Ang off him but Ang keeps the position.
Ang wants to control but Gamer is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gamer is trying to maintain the position but Ang is very close to passing his half guard.
Ang slips a nice elbow through Gamer's hands, connecting with Gamer's forehead.
Ang is nestled in close to Gamer, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Ang throwing shots but Gamer is blocking nicely.
Ang wants to pass to mount but Gamer is defending the position.
Ang prevents Gamer from improving his position.
Ang is looking to pass Gamer's guard but actually Gamer recovers to full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Gamer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Gamer steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ang.
Gamer is looking to chop away at Ang's legs.
Gamer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ang takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Ang looks to score with a jab to the body but Gamer is just out of range.
Ang throws a hook but Gamer blocks it.

Ang drops Gamer with a left right combo! Ang follows him down to the ground into side control.

Gamer is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ang cracks Gamer with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Ang immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Gamer is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Ang!
