The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hicks momentarily.
Sloppy strikes from Mann. Those never looked like landing.
A cross from Mann lands.
Mann scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Mann dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hicks on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Mann cracks Hicks with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hicks looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mann finish him?

It looks like Lewis Hicks has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Mann engages and cracks Hicks with a massive lead left hook - Hicks tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Mann is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
