Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bane wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Gun throws a leg kick but Bane sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bane stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
It looks like Tommy Gun has been cut.
Bane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gun manages to avoid it.
Gun catches Bane with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gun connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Derek Bane has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bane tries a low kick but Gun avoids it.
Bane keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Bane slips a jab from Gun.
Bane scores with a nice head shot.
Bane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bane creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Gun pushes Bane back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Gun breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Bane counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Gun thinking.

Bane feints and then cracks Gun's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gun down.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gun lands a big head kick that sends Bane tumbling to the mat! Gun takes a step backwards and waves Bane back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gun throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bane takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Derek Bane's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Gun throws a leg kick which misses Bane's front leg but catches the back leg as Bane tries to avoid it.

Bane scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Gun lands with a thumping leg kick.
Gun is looking to slow Bane down with leg kicks.

Bane moves out of range as Gun throws a body kick.
