Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Also Zarathustra!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Reed Andrews and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Zarathustra looks for the body kick but Thompson saw that one coming.
Thompson wants to clinch.
Zarathustra fails in his attempt to clinch.
Thompson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Thompson steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Zarathustra. That one must have hurt.
Zarathustra throws a quick inside leg kick.
Zarathustra lands the left hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thompson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Thompson just misses with a punch to the body.
Thompson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Zarathustra tries to land a front kick but Thompson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Zarathustra throws a lazy uppercut
and Thompson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zarathustra thows a body shot but no joy.
Zarathustra throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thompson throws a shot to the body.
Zarathustra checks the leg kick nicely there.
Thompson avoids the body shot from Zarathustra.
Zarathustra fails to land with a series of punches.
Zarathustra scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Thompson doesn't seem bothered though.
Zarathustra tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thompson was well out of range. Poor timing from Zarathustra.
Zarathustra connects with a nice looking jab.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zarathustra.
Zarathustra lands with a right hand.
Thompson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thompson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Zarathustra parries the strikes from Thompson easily there. Thompson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Zarathustra to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zarathustra on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Thompson working the ground and pound from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zarathustra manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Zarathustra has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Thompson. Oh but Zarathustra has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Thompson goes limp - he's gone! Zarathustra jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Also Zarathustra!
Also Zarathustra decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
