Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruslan Khabiibov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruslan Khabiibov looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Ruslan Khabiibov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Terry Thompson!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Khabiibov at a distance.
Khabiibov shoots in looking for a takedown. Thompson tries to sprawl out of it but Khabiibov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thompson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No luck for Khabiibov with that takedown attempt.
Thompson lands with a shot to the body.
Khabiibov is breathing heavily.
Thompson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Khabiibov.
Khabiibov drops his hands momentarily and Thompson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Thompson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Khabiibov's head.
Khabiibov slips a straight right by Thompson.
Khabiibov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Thompson throws out the jab.
Thompson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Khabiibov tries to clinch up.
Khabiibov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Thompson to score with a decent uppercut.
Khabiibov walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
A jab from Thompson does it's job there.

Khabiibov is rocked!
A big right from Thompson misses.
Oh Khabiibov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Khabiibov moves away from the strike by Thompson.
Thompson throws a hook but Khabiibov blocks it.
Thompson throws out a loose jab but Khabiibov uses good head movement to avoid it.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Thompson has cracked Khabiibov with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Thompson lands another huge swinging hook and Khabiibov tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Khabiibov, before Thompson can land any more shots!
