The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jaxzi misses with a body kick.
Kozlowski bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kozlowski misses with a double jab.
A left and a right from Kozlowski both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Sam Jaxzi has been cut.

Kozlowski feints a jab promting Jaxzi to slip. Kozlowski then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jaxzi slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Kozlowski shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jaxzi eats them both and turns towards Kozlowski to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Kozlowski throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Jaxzi tries for a takedown but Kozlowski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jaxzi could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jaxzi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Kozlowski is surviving well by controlling Jaxzi's body position as best he can.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fight stays on the outside here - Jaxzi looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Jaxzi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Kozlowski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jaxzi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Jaxzi landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Jaxzi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kozlowski is just riding it out for now. Jaxzi eventually gives up the hold.
Kozlowski tries to kick Jaxzi off in order to stand up. Jaxzi Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Kozlowski is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Jaxzi asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Jaxzi tries to score with some ground and pound. Kozlowski controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sam Jaxzi will probably get the nod.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sam Jaxzi.
I think Jaxzi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
