Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drederick Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stark comes into the arena with Cmon Feel The Noise blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Stark is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Tatum might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Stark lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Tatum takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Tatum lands with a hook. Stark tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Stark pivots, looking for a leg kick but Tatum is out of range and Stark settles back down.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Tatum in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Tatum has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Stark.
Tatum is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Stark moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

A relieved looking Thomas Stark thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
