Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Larocque.
Rua misses with a takedown attempt - Larocque sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Rua throws a quick inside leg kick.
Larocque comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Larocque lands a nice shot that snaps Rua's head back.
Larocque looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Larocque throws a shot from downtown. Rua moves away and avoids it.
Larocque works the jab nicely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rua misses with an uppercut.
Larocque attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Rua misses with a leg kick.
Rua swings for the body but Larocque moves out of range.
Larocque defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rua.
Larocque throws a series of punches but Rua avoids them all with ease.
Larocque ducks under a wild hook from Rua.
Rua misses the shot to the body.
Larocque misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Rua.
Rua tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Larocque was well out of range. Poor timing from Rua.
Rua goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Larocque bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rua's head backwards.
Larocque slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Rua is rocked!
Rua throws a hook but Larocque blocks it.
Rua is still on wobbly legs! Can Larocque finish him?
BOOM! Larocque lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rua. Rua tries to recover but Larocque is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rua lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
