Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Angelica Berry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Quixote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berry swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Quixote jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Berry wants to clinch.

Quixote closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Berry quickly recovers to half guard.
Quixote passes to side control.

Quixote is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Berry is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Berry is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Quixote tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Quixote wants to lay and pray for a moment but Berry keeps working.
Berry wants to control but Quixote postures up.
Berry prevents Quixote from improving position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Quixote tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Quixote has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Quixote trying to control the action but Berry is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Berry is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Berry is not content to let Quixote control the position.
Berry really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Quixote is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Berry is trying to escape and Quixote transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Berry is forced to tap! Nice work there by Quixote! Very nice indeed!
