Ah Ling comes to the cage accompanied by Maybelline. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ah Ling wants to clinch.

Ah Ling ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lightning moves away.

Ah Ling sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Lightning to the ground! Ah Ling dives into full mount looking to finish!

It looks like Fists Lightning has been cut.
Ah Ling wants to control the pace but Lightning is squirming around nicely.

Lightning is in all sorts of trouble here.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Lightning prevents any damage by holding on tight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Lightning has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ah Ling.

Ah Ling lands a brutal head kick. Lightning looks out on his feet and Ah Ling throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

After winning the bout, Ding Ah Ling thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
