The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Mauricio Rocha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moriga misses the shot to the body.
Dragon tries to keep at a distance but Moriga has taken the fight into the clinch.
Moriga turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Moriga manages to end up in side control.
Moriga cracks Dragon with a big elbow.
Dragon tries to buck Moriga off but Moriga is having none of it.

Moriga tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Dragon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Dragon won't allow Moriga to pass to mount.
Moriga throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moriga wants to pass the guard but Dragon is defending well.
Dragon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Moriga wants to pass the guard but Dragon is keeping the position.
Moriga stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Dragon throws up his legs and catches Moriga in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Moriga tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Dragon! That came out of nowhere!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Alex Dragon!
