Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Riley paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Riley moves into the clinch.

Ferguson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Riley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Riley pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ferguson closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Riley crashing to the mat! Riley uses the cage to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Riley looks to throw the jab but Ferguson is out of range.

Riley clinches up with Ferguson and pushes him back against the cage.

Riley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ferguson is trying to push Riley away but Riley has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
The referee is keeping an eye on Riley - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
