Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edmund Dorrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dorrance's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Thou Shalt Always Kill. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake moves into the clinch successfully.
Dorrance working hard to break the clinch.
Drake tries for a takedown. No joy.
Drake is leaning against Dorrance and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Dorrance gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Drake.

Drake has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Drake uses his free foot to push down on Dorrance's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dorrance.
Dorrance holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Drake tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Dorrance is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Drake get's back to his feet.
Crunch! Drake slams his shin into Dorrance's torso.
Drake throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Drake looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Drake trying to control from half guard but Dorrance is working away.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Drake lands a nice short elbow.
Dorrance keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Dorrance is looking for a sweep. Drake is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Drake controlling the pace.

Drake works his way into side control.
Drake throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Dorrance tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dorrance can't do much from the bottom here.
Drake thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Dorrance avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Drake.

Drake looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Dorrance is avoiding damage well.
Dorrance tries to improve position but can't.
Drake has hold of Dorrance's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dorrance tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Drake cranks the arm and Dorrance screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dorrance, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
