Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Nut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Wight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nut stuffs the takedown.
Wight is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Nut bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Wight throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nut's waist but Nut gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wight off to one side.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sam Nut will probably get the nod.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
