The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belfort uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jones has time to react.
Jones shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Belfort defends it nicely.
Belfort connects with the punch.
Belfort with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jones is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jones takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Belfort bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jones's head.
Belfort fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jones looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Belfort cracks Jones with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Belfort comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Belfort throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Belfort connects with a single shot there.
Jones shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Belfort knocks out Jones with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Belfort before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Belfort picks up the big W with a huge KO!
