Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randall Cleaver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Savea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cleaver comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning Pool - Bodies. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

and Savea counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Savea ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Cleaver shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Savea sprawls well. Savea wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cleaver gets slowly back to his feet.

Cleaver shoots for a double leg takedown but Savea sprawls well. He's pushed Cleaver's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Cleaver, as that shot connected.

Cleaver stuffs the takedown attempt from Savea. Savea gets slowly back to his feet.
Cleaver throws a series of punches but Savea moves out of range.
Cleaver lands a nice shot that snaps Savea's head back.

and Savea counters with a nice uppercut.

Cleaver changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Savea looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Cleaver decides to stand up, so the ref orders Savea to his feet.
Cleaver looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Savea throws a right hand that Cleaver ducks under and follows up with a left that Cleaver also avoids with ease.
Savea avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Cleaver stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Savea.
A telegraphed right hand from Cleaver misses the target.
Cleaver changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Savea tries to avoid it but Cleaver manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Savea to the ground. Savea escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Cleaver lands a glancing blow to the side of Savea's head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Savea throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cleaver.

Cleaver closes the distance and clinches up with Savea, looking for a takedown. Cleaver pushes Savea against the cage but Savea circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
