Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chris Mullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Azure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mullen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Country Boy Can Survive. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Azure!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mullen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Azure moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Azure lands with a thumping leg kick.
Mullen throws a body punch but Azure moves out of range.
Mullen lands with a cross.
Azure scores with a jab. Mullen acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Mullen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Azure.
Mullen misses with a low kick.
Mullen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Azure on the side of the head.
Azure is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Azure plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Azure is still on wobbly legs! Can Mullen finish him?
Mullen loads up on a big right hand but Azure slips the punch.
Azure seems to have recovered his senses.
Mullen moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Azure throws an overhand right that lands on Mullen's shoulder, as Mullen tries to avoid the shot.
Azure blocks a head kick by Mullen.
A big right from Mullen misses.
Mullen misses with a straight left.
Mullen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Mullen throws an off balance right hand
and Azure counters with a series of strikes. Mullen will be more careful next time no doubt.
Mullen scoring well with a low kick there.
Azure scores with a takedown into Mullen's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Azure throws a big right hand that misses.
Azure has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Azure throwing strikes from guard but Mullen blocks nicely.
Mullen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Azure doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Azure manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Azure tries to free his leg and advance position but Mullen is retaining full guard.
Azure won't allow Mullen to get back to his feet.
Azure content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Azure accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Azure cracks Mullen with a solid left hand.
Azure works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Azure wants to pass the guard but Mullen is defending well.
Azure looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mullen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Azure passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mullen!
Azure connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Azure connects with a bit shot that sees Mullen covering up! More strikes from Azure and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Azure is our winner by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mr Azure!
