The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coenan misses with a takedown attempt - deGrasse Tyson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Coenan uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before deGrasse Tyson has time to react.
deGrasse Tyson tries to clinch up but Coenan circles away and keeps his distance.
deGrasse Tyson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
