The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuteboxe takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Wanderlei Chuteboxe has been cut.
Chuteboxe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Alejandro bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chuteboxe's head.
Alejandro scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Chuteboxe is trying to get back to half guard.

Chuteboxe tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Alejandro presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Chuteboxe is in a horrible position here. Alejandro smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alejandro unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Chuteboxe wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Alejandro celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
