Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
19 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sarkis Terteryan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Eric Matthews!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matthews has a takedown stuffed.
Terteryan has closed the distance and engaged Matthews in a clinch.
Terteryan trying to land knees to the body.
Terteryan gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Matthews regains guard.
Matthews is working an open guard so Terteryan takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Terteryan cracks a nice hook into Matthews's ribs.
Matthews shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Terteryan but Terteryan pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Matthews shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Terteryan's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Matthews prevents Terteryan from getting back to his feet.
Matthews stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Terteryan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Matthews drops back looking for a leg! Terteryan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Terteryan manages to kick Matthews off! Matthews jumps back into Terteryan's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Terteryan wants to stand up but Matthews is controlling him.
Matthews drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Terteryan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Matthews has Terteryan in his guard.
Terteryan chips away with some ground and pound.
Terteryan trying to control the position from guard on top but Matthews is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Terteryan lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Matthews is looking for a triangle but Terteryan pushes his legs off easily.
Terteryan chips away with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Matthews is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Matthews looks winded!
Terteryan trying to control but Matthews is working from the bottom.
Matthews escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Terteryan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Terteryan distracts Matthews with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Matthews being controlled here, momentarily.
Terteryan connects with a couple of short punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Terteryan gets to his feet and stands over Matthews, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Matthews felt that one! Terteryan unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Matthews from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sarkis Terteryan!
