The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taurus keeps the fight on the outside.

Hernandez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Taurus is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hernandez can't fight it off and eventually Taurus manages to take the fight to the floor. Hernandez looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Hernandez has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Taurus is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hernandez.

Hernandez dives in and grabs Taurus's left leg, looking for a takedown. Taurus pushes down on Hernandez's head and hops out.

It looks like Hercules Hernandez has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Taurus throws a leg kick which misses Hernandez's front leg but catches the back leg as Hernandez tries to avoid it.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Taurus moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Hernandez! Taurus continues to tee off on Hernandez, landing with a left and a right! Taurus connects with a right hand that leaves Hernandez sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Taurus!
