The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Young decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Young stalling.
Young tries to stand and escape but Jackson actually recovers to full guard.
Jackson wants to stand but Young is controlling the position.
Jackson has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Young has passed into side control.
Young advances to full mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson tries to reverse the position but Young maintains control.

Young bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Young jumps guard but Jackson stands there with Young around his waist. Young gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

and Young counters with a nice leg kick.

Jackson's corner calls for a 1-2. Jackson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Young takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Young counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Young, right into the meat.
Young steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jackson.

Jackson clinches up with Young and pushes him back against the cage.

Young escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Young has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Young there as he acknowledges the shot.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jackson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Young moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Young is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Young drops his hands momentarily. Jackson doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Young staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Young doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Curtis Jackson!
