Neko has chosen Ronald Jenkees - Messing With A Guitar Sound as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Neko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Neko drops James with a nice combination! Neko dives into James's guard, looking to finish!
James is rocked!
It looks like Michael James has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neko passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Oh James is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Neko tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Neko has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
James is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Neko is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
James seems to have got his legs back now.
James slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
James tries to get to full guard but Neko has control of the leg.
James is working hard here to advance position.
James makes his way to full guard. A much better position for James.
Neko is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
James can't keep his opponent in guard - Neko advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Neko thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed James's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
James is looking for a sweep. Neko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Neko is working for a kimura but James is defending it quite comfortably.
James is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Neko pulls his head out easily.
Neko scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
James is looking to improve his position.
Neko is trying for a kimura here. James looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Neko wins by kimura!
