The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee blocks a head kick by Bane.
Bane lands with an uppercut that bounces McGee off the cage and back into range.
McGee looks to score with a jab to the body but Bane is just out of range.
Bane misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
McGee throws a hook to the side of Bane's head but Bane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Bane attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Bane bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A nice inside leg kick there by Bane. That's going to slow McGee down.
Bane throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Bane lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Bane throws a punch but it's blocked by McGee.

McGee jabs Bane right on the nose. Bane blinks but takes it well.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

A looping hook to the body misses from McGee. Bane does a little dance to reset his feet.

Bane sends McGee crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bane is motioning to the referee to let McGee up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blood Bane dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Bane lands a big head kick that sends McGee to the canvas! Bane follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
