And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cid Highwind!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher misses with a two punch combination.
Fisher misses with a head kick.
Fisher throws a sloppy head kick and Highwind moves out of range easily.
Fisher scores with a head kick.


It looks like Cid Highwind has been cut.
Fisher swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Highwind connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fisher cracks a nice hook into Highwind's ribs.
Fisher defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Highwind.
Fisher throws a predictable looking body shot
and Fisher takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fisher. Highwind shrugs it off though.

Fisher swings widly with a right hand
and Highwind counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Fisher has Highwind up against the cage in a clinch.
A short body shot lands from Fisher as the two fighters clinch.
Fisher comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Fisher lands a hook to the side of the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Fisher.

Highwind fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Fisher is leaning against Highwind and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Fisher lands a hook to the side of the head.
Fisher creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Highwind's defenses.
Fisher pushes Highwind back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Fisher scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Fisher works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Fisher lands a hook that snaps the head of Highwind backwards.
Fisher working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
A right handed body shot lands from Fisher.
Highwind looks winded!
Fisher digs a right hand underneath Highwind's ribcage. Highwind let out a lung full of air as it connected.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fisher scores with a nice hook to the head.
Fisher dips a shoulder and cracks Highwind with a mighty uppercut! Highwind falls back against the cage and Fisher unloads with a barrage of strikes! Highwind is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Fisher screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Fisher!
An out of breath John Fisher thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
