Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minong throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wallaby.
Minong moves away from the strike by Wallaby.
No joy there for Wallaby, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wallaby rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Minong moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
No luck for Minong with that takedown attempt.
Minong slips a jab and a cross from Wallaby.
Minong shoots in for a double leg but Wallaby sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Wallaby misses with a double jab.
Wallaby is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Minong shoots for a double leg takedown but Wallaby sprawls well. He's pushed Minong's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Takaishi Minong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wallaby misses with a series of wild punches.

Wallaby stalks Minong and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Minong's face. Minong staggers backwards, shaken.
Minong fails to land the takedown.
Wallaby takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Minong has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Minong is rocked!
Wallaby drops Minong with a straight right hand, right on the button! Wallaby follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
