And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rentz shoots in but no luck this time.
Piotrov throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Piotrov gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rentz tries to score a body lock takedown but Piotrov shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Piotrov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Piotrov tries to clinch but Rentz moves out of range.
Rentz tries to clinch up but Piotrov circles away and keeps his distance.
Rentz misses with a body shot.
Rentz ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Piotrov moves away.
A punch combination from Piotrov misses.
Rentz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Piotrov as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damian Rentz. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rentz slips a jab and a cross from Piotrov.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Piotrov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rentz moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rentz shoots for a takedown but Piotrov saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Piotrov drops Rentz with a beautiful combination! Rentz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Piotrov is looking for the KO!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Piotrov moves into the clinch.
Oh Rentz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Piotrov wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Rentz seems to have got his legs back now.
Rentz tries to stall but Piotrov uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Piotrov throws a low kick but it's checked well by Rentz.
Piotrov throws an overhand right that has Rentz reeling! Piotrov follows up with more punches and Rentz is out cold! This one is all over!
