Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Simbo Klice!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buck Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaze misses with a shot to the body
and Klice counters by moving into the clinch.
Blaze manages to break the clinch.
Blaze throws a low kick but it's checked well by Klice.
Klice avoids a punch combination nicely.
Blaze tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Klice swivels and escapes.
Blaze swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Blaze scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Blaze swings and misses with a hook to the body.
No joy there for Blaze, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Klice cracks Blaze with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blaze fails with a takedown attempt.
Blaze shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Blaze throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Blaze is looking to chop away at Klice's legs.
Blaze throws an overhand right that lands on Klice's shoulder, as Klice tries to avoid the shot.
Klice keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Simbo Klice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buck Blaze.
Klice connects with an inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Klice takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Blaze will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Buck Blaze seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blaze looks winded!
Klice tries a low kick but Blaze avoids it.
Klice fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Blaze throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Blaze shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Klice as he avoids it easily.
Klice looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Blaze stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Klice.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Klice throws a right and a left that both miss.
Klice turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Simbo Klice is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Klice lands with a thumping leg kick.

Klice lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blaze will feel that in the morning.
Klice thows a body kick. Blaze tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Blaze takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Klice dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blaze. That did some damage!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Klice lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Klice throws a combination. Blaze tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Buck Blaze has been cut.

Blaze has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Klice.
Klice drops Blaze with a beautiful combination! Blaze stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Klice is looking for the KO!

Klice looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Klice backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Blaze's temple! It sends Blaze violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Klice celebrates and the doctors try to help Blaze!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Simbo Klice!
Simbo Klice very nearly forgot to thank Reaper Combatwear amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
