The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Grady avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Megani is defended easily by O Grady.
Megani stuffs the takedown.
O Grady displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Megani.
Megani throws out a loose jab but O Grady uses good head movement to avoid it.
Megani slaps away a takedown attempt from O Grady, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Megani shoots in but no luck this time.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

It looks like Richie O Grady has been cut.
O Grady takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Megani's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
