Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Sapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Morris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Sapp!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sapp gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Sapp's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sapp tries to clinch up.
Sapp swats away the attempt to clinch by Morris.

Sapp closes the distance and clinches.

Sapp manages to break the clinch.

Sapp darts in and clinches Morris up against the cage.

Sapp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sapp tries to clinch but Morris moves out of range.
Sapp doesn't manage to clinch there - Morris circles away.
Sapp will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Morris throws a nice looking combination but Sapp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Morris changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sapp tries to avoid it but Morris manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sapp to the ground. Sapp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Morris circles away from the clinch attempt.

Sapp shoots for a takedown but Morris saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Morris closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sapp circles away.
Sapp throws a shot to the body.

Sapp rushes Morris and presses him up against the cage.
Morris is trying to push Sapp away but Sapp has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Morris is trying to pull guard but Sapp turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sapp tries to clinch up.

Morris manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sapp on his heels. He'll look to pass Sapp's guard now, I'm sure.
Morris wants to get up but he can't break Sapp's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Morris postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Morris throws a big elbow that misses.

Sapp trying to control the position.
Morris won't allow Sapp to get back to his feet.
Sapp looking to hit a scissor sweep but Morris is one step ahead there.
Morris would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Sapp lands a decent punch to the body there.
Morris is in close to Sapp's body, working some short punches and elbows.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Morris stuns Sapp with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Sapp is looking to clinch but Morris is avoiding it.
Sapp throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Morris closes the distance and pushes Sapp back into the cage.
Sapp wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Morris has him pressed against the cage.

Sapp manages to break the clinch.
Morris lands with a nice body punch.
Paul Morris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sapp shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Sapp was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Morris is trying to reverse the position but instead Sapp has taken his back - oops!

Sapp controlling the position well here. Morris rolled but Sapp kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Bob Sapp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Morris wants to control from the top but Sapp keeps moving.
Morris keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sapp's head.
Sapp tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Sapp closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Morris quickly recovers to half guard.

Morris is staying active underneath Sapp, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Morris pushes Sapp off looking to stand but Sapp dives back in and keeps control.

Paul Morris has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Bob Sapp is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
