The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayward closes this distance looking for a takedown but Berry circles away.
Hayward fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Berry avoids it really well and circles away.

Hayward clinches up with Berry and pushes him back against the cage.
Hayward has Berry pressed against the cage, preventing Berry from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hayward wants to take the fight to the mat but Berry manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Angelica Berry has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clayton Hayward.
Berry keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hayward's efforts to push away.

Berry's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hayward throws a series of punches but Berry moves out of range.
Hayward tries to clinch but Berry moves out of range.
Hayward tries to close the distance and clinch but Berry swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hayward shoots in but Berry avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Berry lands a left and a right that send Hayward crashing to the mat, dazed. Berry thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Hayward is rocked!

It looks like Clayton Hayward has been cut.

No joy there for Berry, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hayward is still on wobbly legs! Can Berry finish him?
Berry feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Hayward collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
