Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scooby Doom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nephren Ka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doom comes to the cage accompanied by SHM / Greyhound. Doom has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doom dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ka walks into a straight right hand from Doom.
Ka misses with a two punch combination.
Ka shoots for a double leg takedown but Doom sprawls well. He's pushed Ka's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jab, jab by Doom - just one landing.
Doom defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ka.
Doom lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Ka wants to clinch up but Doom keeps it at a distance.
Ka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Doom sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ka somewhat.
Scooby Doom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nephren Ka.
Ka is looking to clinch.
Ka steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Doom. That one must have hurt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Doom connects with a leg kick. Ka looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Ka tries to clinch but Doom is having none of it.
Ka chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Doom can pounce on him.
Doom is breathing heavily.
Ka swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A solid leg kick lands there for Doom.
Doom throws a lazy head kick
and Ka counters with a right hand to the body.
Ka tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Doom is able to avoid easily.
Ka tries to close the distance and clinch but Doom swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Doom sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ka somewhat.
Ka throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Ka misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Doom fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ka.
Nephren Ka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ka takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Ka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Doom paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ka throws a body punch but Doom moves out of range.
Doom works the jab nicely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Ka throws a nice looking combination but Doom bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Ka throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Doom tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ka is in Doom's guard.
Doom on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Doom tries to get out of the position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Ka slips nicely into half guard.
Ka slows the pace down in half guard.

Ka is trying for a kimura here. Doom looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Ka wins by kimura!
