Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesse The Devil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergio Marcondes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcondes throws a right and a left that both miss.
Marcondes tries to land a front kick but The Devil steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Marcondes fails to land the takedown.
The Devil lands a nice hook to Marcondes's body. Marcondes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Marcondes tries to clinch up but The Devil circles away and keeps his distance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marcondes shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Devil pinned against the cage. The Devil gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The Devil sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Marcondes's guard.

The Devil is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Marcondes doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time The Devil.
