Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laph Roaig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roaig has chosen The Doors - Alabama song as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tyson Blaze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Laph Roaig!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roaig misses with a double jab
and Blaze counters with a two punch combo.
Blaze walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Roaig lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roaig wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Blaze has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Blaze there as he acknowledges the shot.
Blaze walks into a jab.
Roaig tries to score with a low kick but Blaze moves his leg out of the way.
Roaig throws a poor cross that misses
and Blaze counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Blaze steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Roaig.
Roaig is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Blaze.
Roaig misses with a hook. Blaze ducked under it nicely.
Roaig tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A shot to the liver by Roaig. Beautiful body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Roaig waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Blaze.
Blaze swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Blaze uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Roaig.
A big right from Blaze misses.
Laph Roaig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roaig connects with a body shot.
Roaig thumps Blaze with a low kick.
Blaze misses the jab.
Roaig throws a leg kick that misses.
Roaig stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Blaze will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Roaig connects with a looping right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Roaig jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Blaze moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.


It looks like Laph Roaig has been cut.
Blaze rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Roaig moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Roaig jabs Blaze right on the nose. Blaze blinks but takes it well.
Blaze is looking to score with low kicks.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Blaze checks a leg kick.
Blaze throws a head kick that Roaig semi-blocks.
Blaze waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Roaig.
Blaze checks a leg kick.
Blaze connects with an inside leg kick.
Blaze checks a low kick from Roaig.
Blaze throws a wild body kick that Roaig sees coming a mile off.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Blaze wants to land a leg kick but Roaig is out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Roaig. Blaze does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blaze blocks a jab.
Blaze connects with a body shot that sends Roaig's belly button to the back.
Roaig misses with a left hand
and Blaze counters with a flying knee. Nice.


Roaig is rocked!
Roaig glances at the clock... BAM! Blaze nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Roaig crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Roaig is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tyson Blaze!
During a confident post fight interview, Tyson Blaze thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
