Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ville Velmu!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velmu scores with a takedown into Raisu's guard.
Raisu wants to sweep here but Velmu controlling him for the moment.
Velmu wants to pass the guard but Raisu is keeping the position.
Velmu is looking to work some ground and pound but Raisu has wrist control.
Raisu looking for a sweep. Not yet Raisu, not yet.
Raisu is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Raisu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Velmu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Velmu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Velmu got a little sloppy there for a moment and Raisu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Velmu has managed to get both his arms back between Raisu's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Velmu is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Velmu stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Raisu throws up his legs and catches Velmu in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Velmu tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Raisu! That came out of nowhere!
