Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Panzer Grenadier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Hawkes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grenadier's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Esaka '96. Hawkes is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I'm Shipping Up to Boston. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grenadier throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Grenadier scores with a nice head shot.
Grenadier throws a shot from downtown. Hawkes moves away and avoids it.
Hawkes misses with a two punch combination.
Grenadier on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hawkes. Hawkes obviously looking to wear him down.
Hawkes scores with a one two! Grenadier had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hawkes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Grenadier throws out the jab.
Panzer Grenadier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hawkes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Grenadier circles away quickly and effectively.
A combination from Hawkes does no damage.
Grenadier tries to clinch there but Hawkes circles away.
Hawkes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Grenadier scores with a jab.
Grenadier thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hawkes if he has to take too many more of those.
Hawkes slips under a jab.
Hawkes misses with a series of wild punches.
Grenadier scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Hawkes takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Hawkes throws a leg kick but Grenadier sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Grenadier rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hawkes counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hawkes dodges the punch combination from Grenadier.
Grenadier throws a right hand that Hawkes ducks under and follows up with a left that Hawkes also avoids with ease.
Grenadier uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hawkes.
Panzer Grenadier is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Grenadier misses with a low kick.
Grenadier closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Grenadier has a couple of punches blocked by Hawkes.
Hawkes changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Grenadier fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Grenadier lands a nice looking body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hawkes throws a leg kick but Grenadier sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Hawkes takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grenadier cracks Hawkes with a right hand to the side of the head.
Grenadier scores with a decent looking hook.
Grenadier throws a leg kick which misses Hawkes's front leg but catches the back leg as Hawkes tries to avoid it.
Hawkes takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Grenadier punishes Hawkes's body with a nice straight punch.
Grenadier lands a big head kick that sends Hawkes tumbling to the mat! Grenadier takes a step backwards and waves Hawkes back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hawkes is rocked!
It looks like Jonathan Hawkes has been cut.
Grenadier plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Hawkes swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Hawkes face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Panzer Grenadier!
A relieved looking Panzer Grenadier thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
