The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sammens thows a body shot but no joy.
Sammens tries a head kick but it misses.
Sammens throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sammens stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Benson.
Benson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Benson digs a good body shot into Sammens's ribs.
Tony Benson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donk. Benson catches Sammens right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Valentijn Sammens has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Look low, kick high! Benson uses the oldest trick in the book to send Sammens tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Benson is absolutely delighted - when Sammens wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
