The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sabre throws a series of punches but Supermies moves out of range.
Supermies keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Sabre scores with a jab.
Supermies pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Sabre fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Supermies manages to avoid it.
Supermies misses with a takedown attempt - Sabre sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Supermies works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Sabre buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Sabre lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Supermies!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sabre seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Supermies does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Sabre is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Supermies off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Sabre tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Simo Supermies will probably get the nod.
That's time! Supermies's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Sabre takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sabre displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Supermies throws out the jab.

Supermies is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Sabre's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Sabre throws a hook to the side of Supermies's head but Supermies sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Supermies drops his hands momentarily and Sabre takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Supermies swings for the body but Sabre moves out of range.
Oooooh!!! Sabre has knocked Supermies down with a huge combo! Sabre steps away and waves a wobbly Supermies back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Simo Supermies has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sabre stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sabre wants it to stay on the feet.
Supermies rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sabre counters with a crisp right that sends Supermies to the canvas! Sabre follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matt Sabre!
A relieved looking Matt Sabre thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
