Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lalbon Turu Rapthlaka!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turu Rapthlaka shoots in and drives through. Miric sprawls well.
Miric throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Turu Rapthlaka avoids the body shot from Miric.
Miric lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Miric.
Miric lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Turu Rapthlaka circles away quickly and effectively.
Lalbon Turu Rapthlaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Miric counters with a nice body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Miric lands with an uppercut that bounces Turu Rapthlaka off the cage and back into range.

Zivojin Miric has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lalbon Turu Rapthlaka.

Turu Rapthlaka closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Miric is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Turu Rapthlaka pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Turu Rapthlaka wants to work for an arm triangle but Miric is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Turu Rapthlaka is nestled in close to Miric, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Miric is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Turu Rapthlaka lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Miric quite badly. Miric pulls Turu Rapthlaka in close trying to recover. Turu Rapthlaka postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Miric on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Miric doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lalbon Turu Rapthlaka!
After the fight, Lalbon Turu Rapthlaka was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
