Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jason Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turner comes into the arena with Take Em Out- Rev Theory blaring out of the sound system. Oliver Smith has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Turner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Smith won't be happy with that.
Turner wants to control but Smith is keeping him busy.
Smith is trying to escape the position but Turner is controlling the position.
Turner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smith keeps working.

Turner takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Smith wants to hold on but Turner pushes him away.

Turner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Smith is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Smith and Turner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
