Mamica comes into a darkened arena with his song building. KRANKSVESTER-Majko, zovi dilera kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mamica fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Phone sprawls well initially but Mamica persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Phone is looking for a sweep. Mamica is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Mamica prevents Phone from improving his position.
Phone is staying active underneath Mamica, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Mamica works his way into full mount!

Mamica is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Mamica stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Phone swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mamica got a little sloppy there for a moment and Phone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mamica has managed to get both his arms back between Phone's legs - danger averted.

Phone has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Mamica is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Phone.
Mamica postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mamica wants to lay and pray for a moment but Phone keeps working.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
