Rudy comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kick In The Door kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Maccarone moves out of range of the strikes.

and Maccarone counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Maccarone goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Rudy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rudy with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Maccarone to score with a decent uppercut.

That has opened up Donovan Rudy's cut even more.
Maccarone is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Charlie Maccarone decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
